During lunchtime today, students watched It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. This a popular Halloween cartoon from America.

Grade three students enjoyed their library time today. Students enjoyed reading books. Other students used the computers to post comments on the Sakura Medal website. Helping our students developing 21st century skills in our students is an important part of the English library program at our school. Students enjoyed listening to a story read by one of the library volunteers. Thank you to to Ms. Moon for such a wonderful reading.
Halloween (October 30th) will be here soon. Come by the library and check out some spooky, scary books.  Reading Rockets is a multimedia literacy effort from the United States. It's primary purpose is to improve reading literacy for students.
The website is in English however they publish a guide to help parents work with their children in improving their reading skills. 그것은 여기에 한국어로 다운로드 할 수 있습니다. It can be downloaded in English here. An immersion teacher reads I Want my Hat Back by Jon Klassen. Its one of the books nominated for the 2013 Sakura Medal.
